The National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA) is giving away
three mobility vans as part of a national promotion for mobility awareness.
Submissions can be in the form of a two-minute video or a 400-word essay
with a photo attached. Winners will be selected by an online voting process,
so tell the OI Foundation and your friends and family to vote for your
story! 

To submit your story, visit www.nmeda.com and click on the 'Enter Here'
button located in the blue box that says 'Mobility Awareness Month'. This
will bring you to a page called 'Life Moving Forward' where you can click on
the 'Enter to win now' button to create your submission. Five extra votes
will be added to your story if you enter the promotional code '870'.
Submissions and online voting are being accepted through May 13th. The
winners will be announced on a national TV program.
