Bibi,

I'm so sorry things are so hard for you.

I have also been getting much worse over the past year or two. So, I can 
certainly sympathize with that frustration. Finding myself unable to do 
things I could do not all that long ago and finding just about 
everything more difficult, time consuming or painful is terribly 
unsettling. Nobody around me is cruel, thank God, but nobody pays all 
that much attention either. So, I don't get much help. Most of the time 
that's OK, but once in a while a helping hand would be very welcome. 
Still, I'm grateful for the life I have. It could be a whole lot worse.
