[Blind-rollers] power chair final update

I'd be dancing right now if my hips would allow it. But then again I 
wouldn't need the power chair then would I? So now we have to figure out 
about service doggies. I know that's going to be another long wait for a 
guide/service pup, but I think it'll be so worth it.
