physical therapy with the injections?

Hello,
A few years ago, I had several injections over a 4 month period and I was
unhappy with them. In my situation, they didn't help at all. Then they
suggested that I try it again about a year later but I didn't.
I would have to say that it didn't make any difference at all, so I probably
won't bother with it any more. However, I do know some people that the
injections really helped.
