Hi,
 Your impatience is not a very kind welcome to this list. I Google plenty;
but sometimes I'd like answers from humans, especially when some of them are
familiar to me. And that is part of what this list is for. If you don't like
all of my questions, you can always delete.

Lauren,

A physiatrist is simply another name for a physical therapist. why don't you
problem solve and use Google to answer some of your questions.
