So correct Becky! Sometimes, though you just have to take matters into
your own hands, especially when asking will get you a denial! Just a
lil lagniappe. Lauren, could you contact the manufacturer directly and
tell them the company who bought it and go from there? Or, seek out a
local medical supply store in town? Hopefully, they will help you if
you go that route.
At the least, you might be able to find out if a recommendation for
another company was made to others thru the original company you got
your chair from.
