Is there any way one can join the conference from the internet? I'm from Australia and can't dial international numbers without paying a lot for the calls. 

I'd really like to join the conference as I too have Cerebral Palsy and am also blind.

Hi list, ken here.  Am pretty sure you have seen the notes in the braille monitor about the cerebral palsy group that is trying to be started by alex here in NJ.  I have been holding on this conference number for almost a half hour now I’m wondering if anyone on this list is interested.  Alex has said that his intention is to provide a support system and the exchange of idea on the challenges of having both cerebral palsy and blindness.  So FYI the conference calls are scheduled for the first Monday of a month at 8:00 P.M.  eastern time.  I think alex also want to identify blind people who aren’t in NFB as well as members of the federation who have cerebral palsy.  To log into the conference dial the number area code 712 then 831-0000 then enter the access code 999999.    conferences are to be held on the first Monday of a month between 8:00 P.M. and 10:00 P.M. eastern time.  Am not sure about 2018 since the first Monday is January first I probably should have posted this sooner.  I personally am hopingwe can use the group to get more members into the federation whith dcerebral palsy.  If you want information buzz alex at area 848 then 205-0208.
