I think you will need to sign hipa forms before someone can speak on your behalf. She under hipa cant even tell someone that you are one of her clients! So I would choose 3 active wheelchair users and 2 to 3 rehab specialist who obtained a chair for someone who is blind. Than have a conference call to discuss your background of your situation, why you need a power chair and what has already been decided. Next, writing down talking points you feel need need to be addressed on the call on your behalf. Third, make sure all parties are up to date on the legal rights to owning a power wheelchair. After everyone is on the same page and you have signed hipa release forms; you all can start making calls! Cheers Heather

If you want to advocate for me please call

Maybe if some power chair users call her, she'll shape up, or at least
realize I have a "tribe" of influence.
Thanks,

Consider the flowers of a garden: though differing in kind, color, form
and shape, yet, inasmuch as they are refreshed by the waters of one spring,
revived by the breath of one wind, invigorated by the rays of one sun, this
diversity increaseth their charm, and addeth unto their beauty. ....
