The Disability, Participation, and Quality of Life (DPQoL) lab at the
University of Illinois Urbana Champaign is conducting a study to gather
information on the reliability of a survey designed specifically for
wheelchair and scooter users. This survey will help assess fear of falling
during common activities of daily living among people who use a wheelchair
or scooter full time.

To participate, you must be 18+ years of age, use a wheelchair
(manual/power) or scooter for at least 75% of your mobility, have
experienced at least one fall in the past 3 years, and have used a
wheelchair or scooter for at least 1 year.

The study will consist of two sets of online surveys. You will be paid with
a $10 Amazon gift card for your participation. There is also an optional
opportunity for a third survey in which you will be paid $10 more. All
activities are performed online!

If you are interested and have questions please contact the Disability,
Participation, and Quality of Life Research Laboratory:
