[Blind-Rollers] Wheelchair and long cane training in England.

Hi, my name is Fran And I live in England. I was just wondering if anybody else on here is from England because I need to have wheelchair and long came training. Unfortunately, no organisation seems to want to do this on the grounds of health and safety. Does anyone know of any organisations that might be able to help.
