The answers are YES, YES & YES! You'll have to purchase the RFB&D key 
for the VRStream, though, at a price of $20 + shiping of a CD. The CD 
doesn't contain anything you couldn't get from several web sites so it 
might seem a bit of a rip-off. But it's worth it.
