[blindkid] Used Perkins Brailler

No need for a manual, really. If you used one perkins brailler, you've used
them all. Well, unless we include the new brailler.
Insert paper, write message, take out paper.
Pretty straight forward.
I would find out if there is any known issue with the brailler up for
auction, and then you can call Howe Press for repair information. They
either repair braillers themselves, or can rdfer you to people who do.
