[blindkid] Braille Instructor question

Ok, what I think I read in those 374 pages :-P was that yes, you do have to
be a TVI to be an official braille instructor, at least in NJ.

I know there is a lot more to being a TVI than teaching braille.  I was
hoping there might be some sort of a lesser designation with lighter
education requirement to be allowed to teach just braille, looks like there
isn't.  Rats!
