Does anyone use a large cell Perkins?

The website says: "The braille cell on this machine is enlarged to  
provide more space between the dots, allowing persons with tactile  
problems to read and produce braille."

If anyone does use one, could you describe what sort of tactile  
problems you experienced to make this a good solution? Low tone,  
numbness, or pain or tingling in hands?

I'm not asking for a current problem, just researching.
