[blindkid] Information to contact

I have original registration forms for the following people with no email to
contact them to ask them to fill out a revised registration form.  If you
know any of these people and know their email information or if you will ask
them to email me at smerchant at vetmed.lsu.edu, I can get them a new
registration form and help eliminate confusion at NOPBC convention
registration table OR you can send them the attached form and get them to
send to me by this Thursday.  

Rosina Foster with two children age 11 and 8
Sara West (Mississippi) - I know her and her 2 daughters and grandchildren -
just don't have an email for them
Sosena Nugussie from Minnesota with one child age 9
Mary Taylor from D.C. with two children age 17 and 12

And Debra Wilson from Coastal Carolina area - North Carolina  - she didn't
fill out anything except to say she registered on line (since we don't have
online registration, she registered with NFB but not us)

I need to get them the revised form ASAP.
