Hello Carol and all,

While we're not in the position to adopt again right now, I did want to let
everyone know that Spence-Chapin is a wonderful agency. We've worked with
them in the past and they have one of the best records in the nation when it
comes to ethics in the adoption field, both internationally and
domestically. If someone is interested but is hesitant because they don't
really know a lot about this particularly agency, I just wanted to throw out
the word that they are not only legitimate, but have been one of the
pioneers in ethical adoption practices. I would have great confidence in
dealing with spence chapin.
