Hello Jason,

In some cases I have seen very creative ocupational therapists tweek goals 
so they line up with a class room goal; for example, participate in snack 
time or lunchtime activity as it relates to social/emotional. If you haven't 
already tried perhaps you can give your son a toy wind instrument such as a 
harmonica or flute. If this is a high interest activity he will soon learn 
cause and effect.
