okay... Hadley.edu in the braille course for parents refers to B as dots
1,2  e 
is dot 1,5  etc.  If you haven't taken any of their courses they are free
for 
parents of blind children and very helpful for understanding braille
yourself.

Hmmm... Wow, I hadn't thought about correct terminology! :)

This is how I say it: "B is dots 1 and 2."

Whether that's correct or not, I'm not sure, but I'll be interested to find
out!
