[blindkid] Free Matter for the Blind and the Braille Flea Market

Hi All,

Every few years we have a little hassle with the Post Office over mailing
Braille books to the Braille Flea Market.  I'm just passing along the link
to Publication 347, which outlines the rules for mailing things "Free
Matter".  We are definitely allowed to mail Braille books to the flea
