On seedlings, look for "Print-Braille-and-Picture Books in Uncontracted Braille" or "Print-Braille-and-Picture Books in Contracted Braille" as you prefer.

If memory serves (and from what little is shown in the pictures on the site) these books are generally the print editions of the books with bindings cut off, braille sheets inserted in heavy semi-clear plastic and then they are rebound. With the braille pages down over printed ones, a sighted reader can generally see the pictures pretty well as the braille is read or to read just the print, you skip the braille insert pages. 

I have also seen standard books with clear braille stuck over the print pages as needed. This is usually completely clear except from slight distortion under the braille which is usually not placed right over pictures anyway. I believe the term "twin vision" is often used for either of the above styles of books, I hope that helps a little.
