[blindkid] Convention and children under 5

The enclosed document has information about child care at convention. It is
for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years, except on Tuesday, July 5, when 11-
and 12-year-olds may attend. This document also includes the registration
form.

Important: Children must be registered in advance for child care.
