[blindkid] any tips using braille display with an ipad?

This is pretty interesting, but does it or can it handle contracted 
braille?  I don't think we really want our kids learning to braille 
out words like "the" and "like."  We want them to learn to spell them 
and type them, but not necessarily to read and write them in braille.
