Hello:

     If you want to use something other than a GBC binder for a book and the pages are already punched for 19 holes, try using a coil binder. These are normally used for pages punched with 40 holes, but with some effort, it is possible to coil one through a book with two coils in each of the GBC holes. Cut off the excess and bend over the ends with pliers. The coil will NOT! come out easily. There are of course special punches and inserters for coil binding. Hope this helps.
