Hi Penny,

Bookshare's Read2Go (www.read2go.org) app supports Bluetooth connectivity for various for braille displays. A user will be able to run Read2Go through their iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad, download Bookshare books (over 134,000) in a DAISY format, and read the books through a compatible braille display. To access the books, a person will first need to qualify for Bookshare (www.bookshare.org) and get a membership, which is free for U.S. students with qualifying print disabilities.

Hope this helps!

Doesn't anyone know if there is an app that will read ebraille files? Or is it really just not needed. There are some sources I can just get the
ebraille file and not a text file. Abby is starting to get use using her
refreshable braille display with her ipad. She was writing an email today
and it was so great watching her use braille to write it. Watching us
trying to figure out the edit short cuts with the braille display was hilarious.
