[blindkid] How to ship items to hotel to sell

Hello,
There was an email sent out awhile back telling where exactly to ship items to sell at  convention. And I believe it also gave the dates as to when it should arrive, so it wouldn't get there too early etc. if anyone still has that email, could you please post it again? I cannot find the first one, and really need this information.
