[blindkid] home practice for screen reading programs/computer

You are right to be concerned. Its very reasonable to be concerned.
 Children don't learn very well in a bubble. He is already 15.  It should
be a reasonable accommodation for them to make a computer accessible to him
for school use.  What many schools do is to provide a laptop for school and
home use.  I know some other people will respond with more detail. The only
thing we have at home right now is a Perkins Braille, refreshabraille18 and
an abacus. Thats all she need right now. Those items all belong to the
school district (well really the state but the school district made sure
she had them)
