[blindkid] Urgent: please sign this petition to help a blind kid!

They say they are meeting his needs. The problem is they are clearly
not meeting his needs. He is not learning much if anything at the
school. We saw great improvement in him when the parents sent him to
BCLC over summer vacation and when school was out last month. He has
learned his letters a-e in the short time he was at BCLC and now knows
the days of the week. The district says they can meet his needs and
then they don't. He only sees color and light and their O&M is
teaching him diagonal technique instead of two point touch. We are
using two point touch at home with the parents but he regresses when
he comes back from school. And there are many more examples. Every
time we have tried to work with the district they have rejected what
we say. It's horrible and it's been over a year and a half of this.
