[blindkid] computers as school credit

Of course parents are first teachers for ALL of their children.  But I expect my blind child to receive the same education as his four sighted siblings.
It is great someone is able to teach themselves JAW, Powerpoint, etc without any assistance. But one can not assume everyone is capable of being proficient at using certain technology or software without formal training.

The Missouri Bar Disciplinary Counsel requires all Missouri attorneys
