[blindkid] Writing Essay and Reports

She needs a way to take notes independently, so she can do research 
on computer, or with human reader, then use that info to write.  If 
she writes on computer she can edit, format, and have reliable copy 
of what she did.

If she is preparing for college she needs the same skills as a 
sighted person, otherwise it will be difficult, if not impossible.
