[blindkid] Assistive Technology Assessment

I agree with Dave.
We had our first assistive tech assessments prior preschool & request
re-evals every 1-2 years.
A blind child's tech exposure & abilities should parallel those of the
child's peers.
My kids were already using BrailleNotes in pre-K (the younger one) & first
grade (the older one) & it was a true game-changer - I am so grateful we
pushed for that.
