Heidi, legally, the Post Office cannot just send anything back as Free
Matter unless it's brailled or taped.  You might also want to encourage
your daughter to braille the envelope.  If I do a brailled letter, I turn
the last page upside down and write the address in braille to which it is
addressed.  Then put Free Matter for the Blind.
