Thanks Lisa & Carly!

I found the link Lisa. If anyone else needs it, here is a link to the tip sheet (in HTML):

http://www.freedomscientific.com/documentation/Focus14-Blue/Focus-Blue-iOS-Support.htm

Our problem was you must "chord" dot 7 or dot 8 with the space bar, unlike with JAWS or her Apex. (With the single key.)

Carly, I think the problem is solved for now, but thanks so much, and we may in fact impose for some training from that fellow if that is possible possible-- once we explore a little more. Kendra won this Focus 40 Blue in the Braille Challenge, which was super, but it also means they just handed her the box with no instruction. Seems pretty straight forward, right until you can't do a simple thing like hitting enter or backspace!

She won another one before (older model) that we have on her PC, but we got behind on JAWS and our last version (JAWS 11) didn't support Bluetooth, only USB. We got caught up to JAWS 14 last week, so suddenly, we're tying Bluetooth with JAWS for the first time as well as exploring Bluetooth with iOS.

Lots of new stuff, and Kendra wants to be able to do everything, very well, and instantly. It can get a bit stressful, LOL.

Again, thanks so much to you both.

Best regards,

Richard
