Enthusiastic learner
Selena, born in February 2005 is a very outgoing little girl who enjoys
playing with others. She learns new things relatively quickly and
enthusiastically and she likes to be the center of attention. She's in
school with other blind students, and is in the process of learning
Braille.  She just moved into the older group and finished a school unit on
etiquette and interacting with people in public where she experienced
shopping, ordering food in a restaurant, and paying the bill. She is also
learning some English. There is a $4,200 Promise Child grant to help an
eligible family with adoption fees.
