Yes the IPod touch is accessible. And yes it is a great device. I know that
it will Bluetooth with the empower okay but if you have an braille note apex
you are better off. It just seems more reliable. IF you are worried about
what your kid accesses it does have good restrictions settings. I also think
it is great for a blind kid that can't get a mobile phone because it has I
message. This gives the kid access to message his or her friends that also
have a mac, I pad, IPod touch, or IPhone.
