I dug down deep into the site. here is a list of the management team and
customer service's email address:

Management Team
list of 6 items
Dan Brian
General Manager, eHow.com
Dan joined the eHow team as general manager in October 2011 and has more
than a decade of online media experience. He has been with Demand Media
since 2007,
serving as the general manager for LIVESTRONG.COM. Previously, he worked in
the online and mobile industries consulting for notable clients such as Fox,
Universal, Disney and others. In 2001, Dan founded Mobile Care Solutions,
Inc., pioneering some of the first electronic medical record applications
for
mobile devices. Dan holds an A.B. in molecular biology from Princeton
University.

Paul Lively
Business Operations Director
Put simply, Paul takes data and turns it into a terrific customer
experience. Before joining eHow in 2008, he brought his expertise to Yahoo!
and Edmunds.com.
"But I'm proudest of helping eHow grow into one of the top destinations on
the Internet." We really put him on the spot when we asked about his
favorite
eHow article. "I use it for so many things, it's hard to choose one", he
said. So instead we asked him the last article he used:
Soloing Over IV Chord Playing Blues Guitar.

Eric Wu
SEO Director
Eric has made a career out of connecting big brands (ATT, Earthlink,
Realtor) with customers. He feels lucky he can make a career out of what he
loves the
most: the technology and culture of the Internet. We just feel lucky to have
him on board. You know you've got the right guy to handle SEO when his
favorite
eHow article is
How to Calculate Standard Deviation.
A close second:
How to Make Scotch Eggs.
"Sausage and eggs deep fried. What's not to like?"

Sunil Bhanot
Engineering Director
Meet eHow's 2010 MVP. Sunil joined eHow from InfoSearch in 2008, and quickly
established himself as a leader on our engineering team. He earned his MVP
status for helping us stay the course during a year of incredible growth. A
movie buff at heart, his favorite eHow articles revolve around the silver
screen.
His all-time favorite article:
How to Have a Horror Movie Party.

Vibol Hou
Engineering Director
Want to learn
How to Get a Technology Emmy?
Talk to Vibol. He's got one to go along with his extensive experience
helping companies define their business and technology strategy. Vibol's
passion:
Working on and building products that make a remarkable difference in
peoples' lives. A perfect fit for eHow.

Frank Contreras
Quality Assurance Director
Frank is the behind-the-scenes guy that makes eHow the best it can be, from
front end to back end. He started out at NetZero/United Online back in 1999,
answering tech support calls. Today he keeps all of eHow's technology
running smoothly, with the help of a world-class QA team he helped build.
His favorite
eHow article:
How to Reheat Precooked Ham
"Good ham is my favorite part about Thanksgiving. I'm not much of a turkey
guy."

There look to be well over a dozen! Just awful, so misleading! We can also
help by offering to write NEW ONES!

There is virtually NO differentiation made for blind, low vision, born
blind, newly blind suddenly mid life or in much later old age!
