[blindkid] Ipad w/Refreshabraille and Pages

If its working well, it probably isn't updated.  I definitely would not
update it.   We are lucky to have a couple people locally that work with
Apple with the VO features, so they are working to get this fixed.  This
last update was a doozy, I will take my time next time!
