So glad this topic came up. Yes, they have to be legally blind to qualify
for APH quota funds. Curious, has does anyone know how much this money is
per student? My State representative has "danced' around my questions about
the amount allocated per student. I would like any information that can
enlighten me on the dollar amount available per student that the Federal
government gives to States for students who are legally blind.
