1.  Negotiating the Special Education Maze, A guide for Parents and teachers  by Winfred Anderson, Stephen Chitwood and Deidre Hayden. It is the third edition.
2.  Handbook for Itinerant and resource teachers of Blind and visually impaired students by Doris Willoughby and Sharon Duffy
3.  Beginning with Braille  by Anna Swenson

Note: Other free books were sent to Margaret Moore, Shayla Lovett, and Himanshu Neema.  They went by US mail as free matter for the blind.  I cannot give you a precise date when they will arrive.
