Hi Traci!

I few ideas:

1. Discuss with the math teacher whether EVERY dot is important to the
understanding /execution of the math problem. Typically, a scatter plot is
used to demonstrate to correlation, or lack thereof, between to variables.
(See: http://quest.nasa.gov/space/frontiers/activities/aeronautics/m.html).
Thus, it is unlikely that each and every point needs to be graphed.
Instead, it is likely that the best manner of getting the information to
the student would be to work with the regular education teacher to develop
a representative, but perhaps not identical, graph for your student to use.

2. Use the Sensational Blackboard (
http://www.sensationalbooks.com/products.html#blackboard) with bold line
tactile graph paper (
https://shop.aph.org/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_Bold%20Line%20Tactile%20Graph%20Sheets_1-04080-00P_10001_11051)
to make the points.

3. Swail Dot Inverter (
https://shop.aph.org/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_Swail%20Dot%20Inverter_1-03610-00P_10001_11051)
with bold line tactile graph paper (
https://shop.aph.org/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_Bold%20Line%20Tactile%20Graph%20Sheets_1-04080-00P_10001_11051)
to make the points.
