If the banquet is on Tuesday, July 5, then Thursday, June 30 will be like the normal Saturday with the parents seminars and such.  I would expect registration would start on Friday with Saturday having the open national board meeting and many division meetings in the afternoon.  Sunday, Monday and Tuesday would be the days of general sessions.  That all assumes that there are not other changes to the schedule.
