Traci,

Thank you for sharing this information. Unfortunately, I went ahead with the Pages update yesterday before seeing this. I will investigate these issues on my own iPhone and see if they occur. Also, I would encourage anyone who is experiencing these or similar accessibility issues with Pages to report them to Apple's accessibility department by emailing accessibility at apple.com. Since Pages is developed by Apple themselves, the maintenance of full accessibility for this app is a part of the overall commitment they made to us when VoiceOver was added to the iOS platform.

> If you are using a refreshable braille display paired with the iPad, I highly recommend that you do NOT update Pages. Pages came out with an update last week (Pages version 2.5.2) and there are several broken RBD commands in this release and as far as I can tell, none of the previous broken commands have been fixed.

> Newly broken commands that worked in the last version (Pages 2.5.1) but are broken in last week’s update (Pages 2.5.2):
> Scrolling commands: When you use the command to scroll from page to page, the VoiceOver focus jumps to the Tool bar.
> Reading line by line rotor command: Reading by lines will work until you come to a blank line (VoiceOver will say “new line”. Then this command becomes stuck. (Example: When moving by lines with the RBD ONLY (Bluetooth keyboard command - with Quick Nav off - down arrow will move line by line without any problems in Pages.) There is a work around with the RBD: move line by line through the paragraph. When it becomes stuck at the blank line, change the rotor to Words, move past the blank line, then change the rotor back to Lines and continue.
