There are also lots of youtube videos on how to use the braille note.
There are excellent tutorials online at humanware.
Also, Rosa ???? is a TVI that has very detailed lessons and instructions on how to use the Braille note free of charge from her school's website. I have forgotten which state she is from at the moment (for some reason I think Indiana??). I have used her lessons a lot - I just cannot remember which state - Yikes!!! Anyone know who I am talking about?

Also, I paid for lessons on teaching and using the braille note from yourtechvision.com. I think they are absolutely worth the cost!!

Your TVI should be using school time to teach these skills. There is no way around it - this is very huge in terms of your son become independent in his school work and in order for your son to "keep up".

Does your state have a local Lighthouse that provides services to the blind? If so so call them and ask if there is someone who is knowledgeable about the BrailleNote who would be willing to teach your son.
