I would say your daughter's goals should be the same as for everyone else.
What needs to go in her IEP are the tools and techniques she will use in
order to fully participate in science classes.

There are many articles about math and science tools in Future Reflections
magazine.  Search at https://nfb.org/future-reflections.

There are lots of science ideas at blindscience.org.
