I am blind but I would need a lot more information. What are the person's interests? Where are you talking about going?
Some things I have done include: touching the crack in the Liberty Bell, Taking a guided tour of Ground 0 followed by visiting the museum with my family after the tour, touching the replica of the Wright Brothers' airplane, climbing lighthouses, going to Biltmore Estate and using the audio descriptions as we went on the tour, and so much more. If you know where you want to go you can call in advance to see if they have done anything to accommodate a blind person. Again, you have to think about the interests of the individual just like you would anyone else.
