[blindlaw] Announcement: DOJ Settlement AgreementwithWalmartStores, Inc.

Unfortunately, this is a problem with out of court settlements. The guilty 
party agrees to conditions but does not have to admit guilt. If I recall 
correctly while Target agreed to the settlement in NFB of California V 
Target there was no admission of wrongdoing either.
