[blindlaw] Satelitte TV Tuner Boxes

Hello Jim and List:

     On a DISH receiver, it is possible to order Pay For View movies. Would 
this fact make a DISH receiver a place of business? Also audio described 
content is not available or at least I haven't been able to get it.
