Ok this often happens to me but I found it intersting that the man actually
said it to my face.  I was applying for a job at a nonprofit and the hiring
person told me that he would not hire me because he was afraid of insurance
costs.  Of course I have insurance and my insurance is not any more than
anyone else and I am not legally blind, just visually impaired and besides
that would not affect my insurance costs anyway and of course what he did
was about as illegal as you can get!

I would like to know which laws he broke.  This is in Texas.  Just so I know
what to say the next time this happens and I will write a letter to his boss
telling him what a jerk this guy is and why they need to get rid of him.
