[blindlaw] SSI payments

I myself have been very lucky, in Texas the state waives tuitiona nd fees to state colleges, but now that I am trying to get into law school it seems they are not going to do it for graduate school/law school like they did for my Bachelors even though there is nothing in the legislation about what level of post secondary education they are supposed to cover, simply that they are supposed to cover it for blind individuals. If I  can not get them to waive my tution and fees I am going to ahve no other choice but tio take out loans after I apply for every scholarship possible taht is.
