Chuck, so you are saying we now have a legitimate reason to trip up Jerry
Brown.   I would think it would be pretty important for others to know you
are blind, particularly at traffic intersections.  Thre is a man near me who
has a guide dog who is not actually doing his job very well, he is all over
the street, fortunately everyone knows this in the neighborhood but he still
has to deal with city traffic.  So its kind of handy to see the dog and know
he is there.  If he is doing some martial arts what are they going to think?
