Yes. It had been postponed and was rescheduled to yesterday.  Our local 
counsel attended the hearing and this afternoon Judge Patel issued an order 
granting final approval of the settlement and dismissing the claims.  The 
only remaining matter is that we are waiting for an opinion and ruling on 
attorneys fees.
